Kizeni Privacy Policy
Use of Kizeni is covered by the privacy commitments below. Privacy requests are handled under the legal standards described in this Policy.
Where This Policy Applies
This Privacy Policy applies to Kizeni, related app pages, and communications sent to the Kizeni team about privacy or legal matters. It covers information processed by the app operator for operating the app, maintaining records, responding to requests, protecting legal rights, and supporting enabled paid access through app-store or payment infrastructure.
Some processing may also be governed by third-party terms or privacy notices when a separate provider controls its own service. For example, app-store operators, payment processors, hosting providers, analytics or security vendors, and communications platforms may process information under their own policies when they provide services independently from Kizeni.
Sensitive Context
Information in a utility app can still reflect personal routines, preferences, notes, or other context that a user treats as private. Kizeni handles that context as user-directed material and limits use to the legal and operational purposes described in this Policy.
Sensitive context is not treated as a reason to expand collection. Instead, it affects how retention, access, disclosure, and request handling are approached. Records that a user chooses to add, edit, store, or send through the app should be considered personal to that user unless the circumstances clearly show otherwise.
App Records Covered
Information processed for Kizeni may include content and records a user chooses to place in the app, app activity needed to operate or maintain the service, device and technical information used for security or diagnostics, purchase-related confirmations made available by app-store or payment providers, and communications sent to the Kizeni team.
The exact information involved depends on how the app is used and what a user chooses to submit. User materials can include text, ratings, labels, preferences, or similar entries created for personal app use. Technical records can include identifiers, timestamps, device type, operating system details, crash information, error logs, and usage signals needed to keep the app reliable and lawful.
Payment information is usually handled by the relevant app store or payment provider. Kizeni may receive limited purchase status, transaction identifiers, receipts, or related records needed to confirm paid access, prevent abuse, handle refunds or disputes, and maintain legal records. Full payment card details are generally processed by the payment provider rather than by Kizeni.
How Information Is Used
Information is used to operate Kizeni, provide app functions selected by the user, maintain app reliability, process enabled paid access, respond to privacy or legal requests, detect misuse, protect the app and users, and comply with applicable law.
User-submitted materials are used to provide the app experience and to maintain records as directed by the user. Technical information supports troubleshooting, security monitoring, fraud prevention, performance improvement, and legal compliance. Purchase-related records support transaction validation, customer protection, chargeback handling, tax or accounting needs, and related legal obligations.
Kizeni may also use information to enforce terms, preserve evidence, respond to government or court requests, and establish, defend, or exercise legal claims. Uses are kept within the purposes described here unless the user gives consent or another legal basis permits a different use.
Sharing and Service Providers
Kizeni may disclose information to vendors and professional advisers that perform operational, security, payment, hosting, communications, diagnostics, legal, or similar support functions for the app. Their access should be limited to the work they perform and subject to appropriate confidentiality or security duties.
Disclosure may also be required for legal process, regulatory requests, app-store rules, payment-network requirements, fraud prevention, misuse investigation, user protection, or defense of legal rights.
If Kizeni is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, asset transfer, or similar business event, relevant information may be reviewed or transferred as part of that event. The recipient would be expected to honor privacy commitments that are reasonably consistent with this Policy or provide any notice required by law.
Storage and Deletion
Kizeni keeps records only for as long as there is a reasonable operational, legal, security, payment, dispute, accounting, or compliance reason to keep them. User-directed app records may remain while needed for the app or until removed through available controls or valid request handling.
Deletion may be delayed where a record must be preserved by law, protected for security review, used for dispute handling, or cleared through ordinary backup and archive cycles. Once the reason for keeping information ends, it is deleted, de-identified, or separated from routine use according to operational needs and legal requirements.
Safeguards
Kizeni uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against inappropriate access, use, or disclosure. These safeguards may include access controls, service-provider review, secure communications practices, monitoring, and measures that limit internal access to information needed for app operations or legal purposes.
No safeguard can make processing risk-free. Security measures are reviewed in light of the type of information involved, the app’s operating environment, provider controls, and reasonably foreseeable risks. Users should keep their devices and app-store credentials secure because device-level or account-level compromise can affect app information outside Kizeni’s direct control.
Minors
Kizeni is intended for users who have the legal capacity to use a general utility app or who use it with appropriate guardian involvement where required. If information from a minor has been provided in a way that requires parental or guardian action under applicable law, the Kizeni team will review a proper request and take appropriate steps, which may include deletion or restriction of the relevant information.
Privacy Controls
Available privacy controls may include deleting or editing user-submitted materials, limiting optional sharing, managing app-store purchase records through the relevant store, and sending a legal request through the privacy channel listed below.
Local privacy laws can allow requests to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to certain processing of personal information. They can also provide rights to withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing, complain to a supervisory authority, or appeal a privacy decision. Kizeni will handle valid requests according to applicable law, the nature of the information, and any legal limits that apply.
Because Kizeni may be available across regions, information can be stored or processed outside the country or region where a user is located. Cross-border processing may involve countries with different privacy laws. When legally required, Kizeni uses appropriate transfer safeguards, contractual protections, consent, adequacy mechanisms, or other recognized bases for international processing.
Where to Send Privacy Requests
Privacy requests and related legal communications should be sent to support@kizeni.app. Include enough information for the operator to route the matter and respond under applicable law.

Material changes will be handled with any notice or consent required by applicable law.
